My DevOps Workflow

Hi, I’m a final year undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa. When I started my university career I don’t have much knowledge of IT. I don’t know any programming language and also don’t know any IT future careers. After a few months in the university I learned C programming language and I got some idea about IT careers, at that time I thought we would only have career opportunities as software engineer and Machine Learning engineer. Then I realized that, for the IT industry we need to build a IT community. For that I attended some ohana’s and meet-ups. From those I got know some IT industry people. They shared a lot of knowledge, from them only I heard about DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering(SRE). I inspired about the technologies and tasks they are performing in their roles, those are very new to me.

So what I did is I searched about the DevOps and SRE from YouTube and other searching platform. When I searched in Youtube I was comfortable with a Youtube Channel named “Tech with Nana”. She taught everything from scratch. So what I did is I prepared my own DevOps Roadmap/Workflow to learn DevOps.

I have allocated a month to learn the pre-requisites as like below.

Then jump into the technologies, tools and practices.
